Ken Farmer

Ken has been working with Microsoft and Dynamics CRM since beta of version 1.

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Process consultant, Ken has over 15 years consulting, implementing, training, and supporting companies in their CRM and technology initiatives. As Practice Manager, he previously started and grew a successful CRM and Infrastructure Practice for one of the top Microsoft Business Solutions partners in the country. His passion and specialty is implementing effective solutions for the small and medium-sized business market.

As a former Microsoft Certified Engineer, Ken has a solid background in the entire technology stack used by businesses today: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and the Microsoft cloud technologies.

Ken’s industry and vertical experience includes Not-For-Profit, Hospitality, Software, Healthcare, Services, Media, and Manufacturing. In addition, he has integrated front and back-office solutions in a wide variety of configurations.

Ken was born in Southern California and grew up here and in Washington attending Gonzaga University. He is an avid baseball fan and proudly supports the local team. As a Dynamics CRM Pre-Sales Technical and Dynamics CRM Sales Specialist, Mark works with clients to help define how Dynamic CRM can provide a comprehensive integrated solution. Mark works closely with our Microsoft Certified Consulting staff to help articulate the needs of our clients so we can design and deploy a CRM solution built specifically for their needs.

As Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for xRM3, Mark devises and directs the execution of our campaigns and strategies for attracting and acquiring lasting customer relationships. In addition to managing Sales and Marketing, Mark manages relationships with all software vendors we partner with – Microsoft Corporation, ClickDimensions, Scribe Software and InsideView.

A former president of the San Diego chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners, Mark is active in the Southern California community of Microsoft Partners and service providers, assuring our clients of the proper guidance regardless of which Microsoft-related products or services are needed.

A native of Western Pennsylvania, Mark remains a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan despite living on the West Coast since 1990. Mark is happy swimming, body boarding, and cycling along the sunny coast of San Diego’s North County.
