I recently provisioned a new Dynamics 365 demonstration environment for a prospective client. The environment included Office 365. I sent a sample email from my xrmcubed.com account to the user in the demo environment. My goal was to simply show how easy it is to sync emails to Dynamics 365 and create Lead or Contact records from the email. I was very impressed to see the practical application of Artificial Intelligence within Outlook, plus some much-improved integration points with Dynamics 365.
Microsoft rolled out a new feature set in Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM dubbed Relationship Insights. Relationship Insights mines all the sales related data stored in CRM and Microsoft Exchange, using it to help you prioritize your daily activities, respond to customers, and track the effectiveness of your email messages on your desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.
