There has never been a better time to be a Dynamics customer – new customer or existing customer. If you’re looking at Dynamics for the first time, you’re getting involved at an ideal time. Microsoft has created an ecosystem that allows you to deploy business applications that work great independently and seamlessly together. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 common data model makes it easy to add and deploy new functionality because it’s all made to work together from the get go.

For existing Dynamics customers, especially Dynamics CRM customers, Dynamics 365 will look very familiar. The good news is it takes you even further in your quest to automate business processes, eliminate data silos, and increase the productivity of sales, service, finance, productivity and marketing staff. Microsoft has a special program that makes it easy and affordable to transition from Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365.
