I recently provisioned a new Dynamics 365 demonstration environment for a prospective client. The environment included Office 365. I sent a sample email from my xrmcubed.com account to the user in the demo environment. My goal was to simply show how easy it is to sync emails to Dynamics 365 and create Lead or Contact records from the email. I was very impressed to see the practical application of Artificial Intelligence within Outlook, plus some much-improved integration points with Dynamics 365.
Microsoft has done an amazing job integrating Dynamics CRM 2015 Online and Office 365 to create the total end-to-end productivity solution for sellers. Now with Office 365 and Dynamics CRM Online Update 1, there are a bunch of new synergies that take sales productivity to a whole new level.
